RACHEL Slavik
MAKEUP ARTIST
Founding member of Blushing and makeup artist of 7 years Rachel is part of the foundation of our team. She has a love for creating flawless looks without sacrificing natural beauty. She is the first to laugh at a joke, and the last to take life too seriously. She is Mom to three and wife to Jake. She loves a good laugh, a good wine, and snuggling with her babies.
MEGAN Clouse
OWNER, FOUNDER, SENIOR STLIST
Megan created Blushing in 2012. She was first exposed to the wedding industry as a child when she would tag along with her older sister, a hairstylist, working alongside her weddings and handing her bobby pins. After graduating from the Aveda institute in 2007 she entered the cosmetology industry at a high end salon in uptown Charlotte. It was here that she learned how important teamwork, kind leadership, and a general desire to see her coworkers succeed was to creating an atmosphere of growth and general happiness in the workplace. After 12 years of being a licensed cosmetologist, you will still find Megan practicing regularly with models and training her team. When not working you can find Megan home with her 5 kiddos and husband RJ.
EMILY Nelson
HAIR STYLIST
Emily started with Blushing when she was just 19 years old. Starting as an assistant and eventually growing to lead weddings and graduate from hair school. She is a highly talented, licensed cosmetologist that works in a salon in uptown Charlotte during the week. She is wife to Micah and dog mom to Pippa, she enjoys trying new restaurants in Charlotte, shopping and traveling.
STACEY Moser
MAKEUP ARTIST
Stacey was one of Blushing's first brides turned team member! She started her journey to becoming a makeup artist as a kid helping her mom on photoshoot for commercials. In college and high school Stacey was everyones go to girl for hair and makeup for formals or prom. After college she honed in on weddings and in 2017 joined Blushing as a lead makeup artist! She brings all the glam and the beautiful smile to every wedding! She is momma to two beautiful babies and wife to Cary.
JACLYN Ready
HAIR & MAKEUP STLIST
Jaclyn has always been into hair and makeup, practicing and playing in college dorm room. After years of practicing on friends she finally decided to pursue her passion and jump right into education and training by joining our team in 2018 and working her way up to lead stylist! She is always the first to laugh at herself and makes every wedding more fun because she's there. She is a fashion and beauty guru and when she isn't glamming someone you can find her decorating her new home and sipping on dirty martinis.
ASHLEE Williams
HAIR & MAKEUP STYLIST
Ashlee started her love for makeup on the stage helping behind the scenes! With a passion for hair and makeup and constantly working with her friends, she and Blushing found each other and never looked back. She joined the team in 2018 with her incredible artistic makeup as well as her killer hair skills. She is married to husband Preston and enjoys being involved in her home church and practicing hair and makeup!
